RESILIENTraining™

RESILIENTraining™ is a course in stress management and developing personal resilience.
Course objectives:
·Learning to develop one's own resilience, in order to apply it in everyday situations and to one's objectives (be they sporting, professional, or scholastic, etc.)
·Learning to control both physical and mental responses to stress
·Learning to maintain focus and concentration, even while under physical and emotional stress
The course has practical as well as theoretical components, giving the chance to apply theories learned in the classroom to real life, outdoor situations.
We will take you "off the beaten path" to experience the extraordinary beauty of the Valle d'Aosta in its pristine, untouched state. Places where we live and train, often those that are described in my books. This aspect makes the course a unique experience.
At times challenging requests may be made of participants, these challenges vary in difficulty and objectives, depending on the season and types of participants: mountain trekking , shooting at moving targets, dealing with and managing a bit of fatigue or emotions.
Please keep in mind that these courses are suitable for anyone, regardless of physical prowess, and are in all respects, fun!

However, the course is not solely based on these kinds of outdoor activities: it is not any kind of adventure park or extreme circus. The video is merely a compilation of the most exciting clips taken from past courses. In order to get a clear understanding of what the course involves, we suggest that you have a look at the .pdf, with answers to our most frequently asked questions. Some scenes in the video might give the impression that one must be a super athletic, young adventure-seeker to participate, but in reality this is not true. Everything in the course is designed so that anyone can explore his or her own personal limits in complete safety. Even those who are sedentary, not in training, elderly, or physically challenged can (and do) participate fully in RESILIENTraining™.
